Moroccan occupation forces today brutally beat 2 Saharawi Human Rights defenders in Maatalah El Aaiun and had their cars confiscated and held.
Salaha Boutengiza a Saharawi journalist and Mariem Damber were distributing fliers calling UN to implement the Settlement Plan for a referendum on selfdetermination for the people of Western Sahara.
Boutengiza told Equipe Media police officers searched her and then brutally assaulted her alongside with Mariem Damber, inflicting bruises in their heads.
