A group of unemployed Saharawi graduates, known as the “Ahd, Waad” (Promise, Commitment) unified framework, resumed their protests in the heart of Dakhla today. The protesters gathered to denounce the ongoing marginalization and exclusion policies enforced by the Moroccan occupation against Saharawi graduates and degree holders.
Despite heavy police presence, dozens of male and female protesters gathered in the city center, chanting slogans expressing their frustration with the discriminatory practices they face. They pointed out that while they remain unemployed, thousands of Moroccan settlers are provided with jobs and benefits in the occupied territories .
